• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund available.
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund or transfer to a future course at no additional cost.
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund, but transfer to a future course may be possible subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
