We offer both options. In-person sessions take place at our Leeds training centre. Online sessions use video conferencing with interactive tools for exercises and discussion. Both formats follow the same curriculum and deliver equivalent outcomes.

Yes, many of our participants are sponsored by their employers. We can invoice organisations directly and provide documentation for training budgets. Contact us to arrange corporate billing.

Cancellations more than 14 days before course start receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days can transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost. We understand circumstances change and work with participants to find solutions.

Sessions run approximately three hours. Between sessions, expect to spend one to two hours on practical assignments and review. Total weekly commitment is around four to five hours. This pacing is designed to fit alongside normal work responsibilities.
